Who: The Monterey Sports Center
What: T-shirt design
Why: I was asked to design a t-shirt for the Monterey Sports Center’s Inaugural Dia de Los Muertos event.💀💃🌻 What I came up with is a bright and festive representation of the holiday integrated into the Monterey landscape that serves as a centerpiece for this event as it becomes a yearly tradition.
Initial Brainstorm Sketches
After discussing design direction with the event coordinator, I came up with two initial sketches. Ultimately, the left design checked all the boxes in what we hoped to achieve through this design.
Final Design
The final design (pictured here) was printed and distributed to employees and community members at the event.
