Who: The Monterey Sports Center
What: T-shirt design
Why: I was asked to create a 👕t-shirt design that embodies the lively and inclusive community spirit of the city of Monterey and its Sports Center.
Initial Brainstorm Sketches
At the beginning of the design process, I gathered a multitude of ideas💡 (left) from meeting with the manager of the Monterey Sports Center. After sketching it all out a concept started to form in my mind (right). 🧠
Previous Design Interations
Starting with a strong concept, this t-shirt design went through many iterations where logo placement and typography was tested. Eventually, as I implemented a female running figure,🏃♀️ the design was coming to a complete composition.
Final Design
The final design (pictured here) was printed and dispersed to Sports Center and community members.
