What: Publication design & handmade book
Why: For my final project in my publication design class, I was free to choose a publication of my liking. Therefore, I used this assignment as an opportunity to communicate and engage my audience in a topic important to me: healthy living. 🌿🧘♀️The text integrated in my publication design is an excerpt from a public-facing journal article by the USDA titled Urban Nature for Human Health and Well-Being. Photos were taken and edited by me. 📸
Through this book I not only aimed to share a topic important to me, but I also aimed to exemplify my understanding of pacing, ragging, structures, and typography in regards to publication design. 📖
